For the three months ended on 30 September 2012, its adjusted EBITDA decreased by 2% to $70.4m, from $72m, while its adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 20.8%, down from 22.4%, during the corresponding period a year ago.

Global Funds Transfer Segment total revenue stood at $317.9m, with an increase of 6%, compared to $298.9m during the comparable period earlier year.

The segment reported operating income of $39.3m and operating margin of 12.4% during the current quarter period.

Financial Paper Products Segment total revenue decreased by 10% to $20.3m, against $22.5m, while operating income stood at $7.6m, up from $5.5m during the year ago quarter.
