The services will be gradually rolled out at all SRCB’s financial convenience stores, which will enable MoneyGram to access over 23 million people.

MoneyGram Asia Pacific, South Asia and Middle East senior vice president Grant Lines said that the partnership with SRCB is one step ahead to offer affordable, reliable and convenient services to consumers who depend on remittances.

"Many of SRCB’s rural-area locations will soon be open until 9 p.m., which will give our customers even greater convenience when collecting funds from loved ones around the world," Lines added.

Operating 340 branch offices across the country, SRCB also manages 100 financial convenience stores with extended hours to offer easy access of financial products for the working rural population.

MoneyGram offers bill payment services in the US and Canada and money transfer services across the world leveraging a global network of retailers, international post offices and financial institutions.
