The renewed agreement comprises signing of a multi-year contract extension to provide processing and program management for Mountain America’s official bank cheques.
The US payment processing company will offer its PrimeLink Official Check outsourcing technology to credit union, which encompasses daily balancing and reconciliation, inventory management, real-time updates and a modern online platform.
Since 1997, MoneyGram has been working with Mountain America supporting its official cheque program to thwart fraud losses through timely detection of fraudulent transactions.
MoneyGram banking solutions group vice president Rex Northen said, "We provide a great product to Mountain America and its customers and an easy to use web-based PrimeLink platform for Mountain America employees, along with enhanced capabilities for prevention of fraud losses."
