Using Citi Mobile, customers can view their account summary, transfer money and browse the latest product information from mobile devices with internet browser capabilities, regardless of wireless carrier. The offering is tailored for both English and Mandarin-speaking users. In addition the solution utilises two-factor authentication and no personal information will be cached within the mobile device, to ensure all transactions are secure.
