The bank said that the Prestige will offer a dedicated financial products and services, with dedicated distribution network and relationship managers. The products include transactional, saving, lending and insurance products, as well as investment products designed to match the specific needs of affluent client segment.

Millennium Bank Romania has also entered into the market of global funds distribution, by partnering with ING Investment Management, a global asset management company.

Through this partnership, the bank will be able to distribute 15 Luxembourg domiciled funds, which have been selected to cover the major asset classes such as equity, fixed income, different investment styles and regions that include Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.

In addition, Prestige clients can also invest in local mutual funds managed by Pioneer Asset Management.

Millennium Bank has developed a new health insurance program, in partnership with Eureko Insurance, exclusively for Prestige clients, offering medical services through 250 partner clinics and private hospitals across the country.

According to the bank, the Prestige offer is available in 12 Millennium Bank branches across the country in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj, Constanta, Iasi, Oradea, Ploiesti and Timisoara.

Millennium Bank executive director Nuno Alves said that the launch of Prestige business line is part of the bank’s strategy to constantly strengthen its position on the local market.
