Diano will report to Stan Paur, president and CEO of MCPS, and be responsible for all aspects of the financial operations at Merchants’ Choice.
Most recently, Diano held the position of senior vice president of finance for National Processing Company (NPC). Prior to that, he served as vice president of financial systems and reporting for Retriever Payment Systems.
He has also held the position of manager of financial systems at Continental Airlines.
Paur said Giovanni has elected to join MCPS at an opportune time. The organization is experiencing significant growth and his extensive knowledge and expertise in the electronic payments industry will help facilitate the firm’s expansion.
