Mario Callegari, Senior Vice President and Manager of the Napa Valley region

Mr. Callegari brings over 30 years of experience in commercial banking to the Mechanics Bank Napa Valley team, including 15 years in the Napa Valley itself. With an emphasis on relationship building, portfolio management, compliance and operations, Mr. Callegari also brings a passion for training and process improvement to Mechanics Bank, having provided guidance for commercial banking teams throughout his career. A graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School in Washington, Mr. Callegari is also a former three-term Mayor for the City of Calistoga.
Michael Mulligan, Vice President, Real Estate Industries Group
Michael joins Mechanics Bank with management experience in commercial and multi-family real estate loans and equity investments, and transactions for large banks and small companies, public and private throughout the Bay Area and western United States. He brings strong process skills in loan origination, underwriting, operations, closing and managing loan relationships. Mr. Mulligan’s expertise and background also include construction loans for office, retail, residential condominium, and industrial projects. "Michael’s experience is a perfect match for the Bank’s real estate clients in the Bay Area," said Mechanics Bank Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking, Larry Fountain. "His attention to detail and strong process skills will allow for a seamless transition to Mechanics Bank."
Mr. Mulligan resides in the Bay Area and received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN.
David Mikami, Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Administrator, Real Estate
David Mikami recently joined Mechanics Bank in Credit Administration, where he is managing the Bank’s Real Estate portfolio. Mr. Mikami brings over 30 years of experience to Mechanics Bank, having held several senior positions in credit, consumer and commercial real estate lending at Bank of America and Wells Fargo. David has handled approvals for construction and real estate term loans and unsecured lending to middle market companies and individuals throughout eight states in the western United States.
