According to the SunGard, the Ambit Online Banking will give MCB a secure online banking service that will be able to facilitate a comprehensive set of transactions and offer more convenience to the bank’s retail and corporate customers.
The solution can also help the bank to extend the standard banking hours and geographical presence and helps the bank to retain existing customers and attract new business by improving customer satisfaction across online channels.
Using the internet banking channel, the solution will help the MCB Bank to increase operational efficiency and reduce transaction costs.
