Following the transaction, the financial advisors and owners of the target firm, Galen Krumme and Cliff Brock, the registered administrative assistant, Kimberly Wetzel and other employees will join the MainSource Investment Services, which operates within its Wealth Management division.

Krumme and Brock, which currently offers securities through Raymond James Financial Services, will continue to operate from its premises in Seymour until MainSource Bank completes its new office in 2013.

Commenting on the deal, MainSource Bank president and chief executive officer Daryl R Tressler said, "Because both firms offer securities through Raymond James Financial Services, current clients of Krumme and Brock will experience no changes in their accounts or services."

Headquartered in Greensburg, Indiana, MainSource Bank had assets of nearly $2.8bn and manages a network of 76 full-service offices across Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio.
