The new fund will sit in the IMA North America sector and aim to deliver a yield of 150% of the S&P 500 yield.

At least 80% of the fund’s portfolio will have to be held in US stocks, with a stock portfolio of between 40 and 70 companies, none of which will exceed 5%.

The fund will target discretionary, institutional and fund of funds investors.

The US income fund has initially launched with an institutional share class, but LV= intends to open a new class for retail investors.
