Rondelli Advisors managing director Saverio Rondelli has been appointed as the new CEO for Lincoln in Italy and will lead the new office with assistance from a team of six other investment bankers.

Most recently, the bank purchased an M&A advisory team in Brazil as part of its strategy to strengthen its global footprint. With 15 offices in 13 nations in Asia, Europe, North and South America, Lincoln manages a team of more than 300 investment bankers across the world.

Set up in 2006, Rondelli Advisers has advised on many transactions over the last seven years such as Candover’s acquisition of Ferretti Group from Permira and Investcorp and Barclays Private Equity’s acquisition of N&W Global Vending, among others.

Lincoln International chairman Jim Lawson said with the acquisition of Rondelli Advisers, the firm can help facilitate additional cross-border activity between Italian clients and those served by Lincoln.

Using its active mid-market M&A practices in Asia, Europe and North and South America, Lincoln International will deliver unique advisory services to Italian clients, including private equity firms, public companies, and privately held companies.
