He will serve as co-head with Eric Fellhauer, who has been a member of Lazard Investment Banking’s senior management team in Germany since 2006.

Prior to accepting the current job, Oliver Fritz was working with Credit Suisse, as a managing director and head of investment banking for Germany and Austria, and was overseeing M&A, equity and debt capital market transactions since 2010.

With almost 20-year of expertise, Oliver Fritz joined Credit Suisse in 1999 and before that he served as a member of the M&A team at Deutsche Bank, formerly Morgan Grenfell.
