Under the deal, Vermilion will deploy the software at Kleinwort Benson in a phased approach, in the interests of clients transparency.
Vermilion said that VRS has been designed to address all the business issues within a single integrated enterprise automated client reporting software solution.
Kleinwort Benson chief technology officer John Boyce said that the bank wanted to provide clients with more information presented in a comprehensive, accurate and timely fashion.
"Therefore, selecting the right client reporting partner to help us achieve this was imperative," Boyce said.
"After a highly successful proof of concept, in which Vermilion demonstrated the speed, agility and flexibility of VRS, we are confident that they are the correct partner."
In June 2012, Swedbank Robur has implemented Vermilion Reporting Suite for factsheets, factbooks and key investor information documents.
