The new organization will be headed up by Glenn Cobb, director of professional services, who recently joined IronKey.
Previously, Cobb served as vice president of information systems for Tompkins Financial. Prior to that, he served as an IT architect for IBM Global Services for 10 years.
IronKey CEO Arthur Wong said that this move will allow IronKey to bring its specialized know-how to banks and provide an immediate response to particular needs such as recommending best practices, managing new online security offerings, training, and marketing.
