Mayhew will report to Jes Staley, CEO of the investment bank and head of the firm’s international business.

In addition, Tim Wise, deputy chairman of JP Morgan Cazenove, will become chairman of JP Morgan Cazenove, reporting to Emilio Saracho, head of EMEA investment banking.

In addition to his role as deputy chairman of JP Morgan Cazenove, Wise is an original member of the executive committee formed when the two firms first created a joint venture in 2004.

JP Morgan and Cazenove have formed a joint venture in November of 2004 to provide investment banking services to clients in the UK and in November of 2009, Cazenove has become a wholly owned part of JP Morgan.
