Most recently, Davidson founded the Funds practice at Lancor and led Sextant Search Partners’ West Coast office.
Davidson has led numerous senior search engagements for leading leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, hedge funds and fund-of-funds.
Before beginning her executive search career Davidson worked at a private equity firm and in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and Robertson Stephens.
