The banking platform will enable it to manage process efficiencies, branch sales, multilingual customer service and cost management, the US lender said.
Additionally, the bank will be able to focus on efficient and consistent customer experiences, as well as enhance staffing visibility across the branch network, apart from improving the forecasting and scheduling of personnel, and to align staff with estimated customer demand and peak periods.
Investors Bank retail banking director executive vice president Paul Kalamaras said Verint’s partnership approach to understanding the bank’s business requirements, the enterprise nature of its software and the solution’s depth of functionality were all key selection factors.
"We look forward to the benefits the Verint WFM solution will bring to our operations as we expand and take our branch network, staffing models, sales and service efficiencies, and ultimate customer experiences to the next level," Kalamaras added.
Scheduled to begin this month, the bank has plans to implement the software across its more than 85 branch network.
Investors Bank manages more than $11.5bn in assets and a network of over 85 retail branches, and caters products as per consumers’ and businesses’ needs.
