POSH

Through the partnership, InfoLink will use Fiserv’s POSH, which is said to ensure reliable transaction processing throughout the payment transaction lifecycle.

Fiserv’s POSH, which supports multiple global currencies, can either be used as a stand-alone solution for terminal management, payment, authorization and switching or as an addition to an existing legacy payment infrastructure.

It simplifies the task of adding, editing and deleting terminal and merchant data with a web-based data management tool, while increasing revenue per transaction by leveraging the system’s surcharging option.

InfoLink will also use Fiserv as its single technology partner for electronic payment transaction processing across the four major commercial banks and three smaller financial institutions in Trinidad and Tobago.

It operates the LINX debit network, which switches over 40 million transactions per year for member banks and licensees.

InfoLink Services general manager Glynis Alexander-Tam said: "We selected Fiserv to consolidate our network into a single, cost-effective and versatile solution that will meet all of our foreseeable payment switching needs.

"The Fiserv solution offers us the flexibility we need to provide future support for our Member banks and Licensees, as well as ensuring scalable delivery to support future growth and innovation."
