Under this agreement, AGS will deploy ATMs and all related equipments such as UPS, AC etc. and maintain ATMs and ATM sites.
AGS Transact Technologies product lines include ATMs, cash dispensers, cash deposit machines, banking kiosks, biometric ATMs, self-service passbook printers, cheque deposit kiosks, assisted teller systems, consulting services include lobby banking and branch design.
Ratnakar Bank head of direct banking channels Ritesh Pai said that the ATM deployment is a part of Ratnakar Bank’s plan towards aggressive expansion in the country.
AGS Transact Technologies president and CEO Sunil Udupa said that AGS has been servicing 10,000 plus ATMs through the state-of-art 24X7 command center that gives confidence to customers.
"Added to this, we leverage the relationship we have with our retail customers to get one of the best ATM locations for our banking customers. With this we believe we can add great value to Ratnakar Bank initiatives," Udupa said.
