Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has announced that it has recently launched new services to its personal internet banking service.

ICBC has said that it has added the column of housing provident fund inquiry to its personal internet banking, so that clients can inquire about the balance and transaction details of their housing provident fund. Currently, this service has been opened at the branch offices in pilot areas.

ICBC has added that it has also refined its personal internet banking services by improving webpage layout, menu navigation, transaction process, information display, help and search and certificate installation. In addition, ICBC has modified its online services for VIP clients. By increasing such functions as font editing, sound prompts, window flashing, pop-up reminders, and link to message board, VIP clients can seek help and solve problems online more conveniently.
