Open Solutions and Intelligent Banking Solutions (IBS) are strengthening their longstanding partnership. Last year, IBS had integrated its Real Time integration with Open Solutions’ The Complete Banking Solution (TCBS) and The Complete Credit Union Solution (TCCUS) core platforms. Since then, 19 Open Solutions clients have purchased IBS’ Collection and Asset Recovery Manager – Professional (CARM-Pro). Out of which, 13 included the Real Time module, providing live integration.
CARM-Pro is a desktop and browser based, host-interactive collection and special asset recovery system. It is designed to streamline the complex delinquency collection process, while allowing management to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and procedures relative to collections and recoveries. Open Solutions claimed that CARM-Pro gives users detailed payment information, as well as integrated live access to other pertinent core information within their collection and recovery systems.
