The firm has rolled out the first Huntington ETF, Huntington Ecological ETF on 20 June 2012 which was followed by the launch of Rotating Strategy ETFon 25 July.
Huntington Funds president and chief investment officer Randy Bateman said that the company has a long-standing relationship with Citi and the firm could rely on their expertise to provide valuable insight on how to develop active ETFs.
"Citi met all our project milestones and allowed us to focus our energy on launching a new product and building this business," Bateman added.
Citi OpenInvestorsm is currently offering services, including custody, administration, index receipt agent, liquidity, and trading to 11 ETF managers in nine markets globally.
