HSBC won the award for the best integrated corporate bank site in Asia for the third time in the last five years, as well as the best corporate/institutional internet bank in China, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. The bank also picked up an award for the best online cash management site in Asia.

Winning banks were selected based on criteria such as strength of strategy for attracting and servicing online customers, success in getting clients to use web offerings, growth of online customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from internet initiatives, and website design and functionality.
