Schwarz will also supervise the operations of GR Financial (GRF), a short sale company, as well as Infinity Valuation Services (IVS), a BPO provider.
Schwarz has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential mortgage servicing industries to the position.
Prior to joining GRC, Schwarz was president of Phoenix Asset Management. He has also had several management positions for some of the industry’s top servicers, including the director of REO for Salt Lake City, Utah-based Select Portfolio Servicing, vice president of REO for Wilshire Credit and director of real estate at JE Robert Co in McLean, Virginia.
Green River Capital president Joseph D’Urso said throughout his career, Lorenz has been deeply involved in many aspects of the mortgage industry in addition to REO management, including collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, valuation and claims management.
