Fiserv said that XP2 account processing solution offers advanced architecture and internet-based technologies that will allow the union to meet market changes.
XP2 features a Microsoft .NET Framework architecture that is open at every tier and a member-centric design backed by an IBM DB2 relational database.
In addition to XP2 solution, Members Credit Union will also implement LynxGate for switch gateway processing and ConvergeIT: IVR for interactive voice response.
Members Credit Union CEO Jack Braswell said that XP2 was simply technologically superior to other solutions the company considered.
"The way the system shows all member account relationships through a 360-degree view is just one example of how this modern account processing platform provides the technological support that can help us drive efficiency and improve member service," Braswell said.
