Coley will lead a cross functional effort to expand the firm’s current and prospective client relationships.
Previously, Coley served as head of Fixed Income at Citadel Securities.
Prior to Citadel, he was a managing director and co-head of Global Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies for Citigroup.
Prior to Citigroup, Coley spent the majority of his career at Salomon Brothers and then at Salomon Smith Barney, where he was most recently co-head of Global Fixed Income Credit Markets.
