Headquartered in Elgin, Texas, Frontier Bank sought to reduce time and costs associated with its board processes. The bank selected DirectorsLink at the recommendation of its IT security vendor, Solis, which works with numerous other financial institutions that use the board portal to increase efficiencies and flexibility.

Frontier Bank is currently completing training and plans to complete the implementation of DirectorsLink by October.

Once in place, the portal will provide the bank’s board members and officers with a secure, easy-to-use platform to plan for and participate in meetings, while reducing the amount of paper and hours spent in preparing materials. In addition, its automated archiving functionality strengthens performances during audits by maintaining the logs and details of every board meeting.

Frontier Bank of Texas SVP Danyse Crowder said: “Delivering personalized, community-centered banking services that provide customers the financial sophistication of a larger financial institution is achieved by prioritizing internal efficiencies at the leadership level.

“Banc Intranets’ DirectorsLink, enables our directors and officers to more strategically satisfy our business goals and in such a way that strengthens our ability to support the financial needs of the communities we serve.”

Banc Intranets CEO Mark Anderson said: “There is a constant influx of information to keep up with in this industry and it is vital that bank directors have effective tools to securely manage, access and disseminate that information without any concern.

“Frontier Bank’s ability to recognize the importance of top-down efficiency is a reflection of its overall mission to operate a sound organization that thrives on leading service and is driven by ongoing success.”
