The FCB Masters is a seven month program designed to develop the Credit, Financial Analysis, Relationship and Branch Management abilities of Financial Banking professionals.

The program provides a hands-on, rotation-based learning experience where individuals are exposed to various lines of businesses throughout the bank. On-the-job training supplemented by formal classroom work provides the associate with the opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required to assume a position as an Analyst, Credit Portfolio Manager, Relationship Manager or Branch Manager upon completion of the program.

The FCB Masters Program officially launched on June 1, 2015. The inaugural class consists of eight participants from seven different colleges, spanning three different states including Florida, Texas and Colorado.

In making the announcement, Kent S. Ellert commented, "We are excited about the launch of this industry leading and innovative program that will cultivate a new generation of Banking Leaders.

"We believe the FCB Masters Program will provide the foundation for these associates to become a world-class Banker & strategic partner to the Commercial and Consumer customers of Florida Community Bank, one of Florida’s leading Commercial Banks."
