In her new role, Williams will have responsibility for Finance and technology and operating services (TOS), serves as chair of the bank’s asset and liability committee and is currently overseeing Human Resources.
Williams joined FHLBank Pittsburgh in December 2004 as chief accounting officer and became chief financial officer in February 2006.
In August 2010, she was promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer with additional responsibility for oversight of TOS.
Before joining FHLBank Pittsburgh, Williams served as chief financial officer of wholesale banking for PNC Financial Services Group and also served as director of accounting policy for PNC.
