FBR Capital Markets has completed its previously announced acquisition of New York-based Watch Hill Partners, a boutique corporate finance advisory practice.
Reportedly, the Watch Hill Partners team is now part of FBR Capital Markets’ investment banking department. Watch Hill Partners was represented by Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Herrick, Feinstein. However, the terms of the Watch Hill Partners transaction were not disclosed.
FBR Capital Markets is a Washington-based provider of investment banking, merger and acquisition advisory, institutional brokerage and research services through its subsidiary FBR Capital Markets & Co.
