Infosys said it has implemented Finacle core banking, treasury and CRM solutions in over 20 branches across the country.

EDBE now operates its entire banking operations on Finacle to support a customer base that covers over 70,000 accounts, added Infosys.

According to Infosys, Finacle solutions address the core banking, e-banking, mobile banking, Islamic banking, treasury, wealth management and CRM requirements of retail, corporate and universal banks worldwide.

EDBE CIO Magdy Ramadan said the implementation of Finacle and the ease with which it interfaces with other external systems has helped them reduce their turnaround time and centralize operations across branches, thus radically improving their efficiency and customer service.
