Asia Pacific Enterprises, a special purpose company incorporated in Belize, has completed the purchase of 100% of Hebei Haorizi Company. Asia Pacific has appointed Good Life management to act as officers and directors of the corporation. Esprit Financial Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of Asia Pacific Enterprises Limited.

This transaction was a complex one given the fact that Good Life is based in China, and under Chinese law, a special purpose corporation is required to facilitate the merge.
