Previously, Fruhling was CEO of Legacy Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona, which was acquired by Enterprise in January 2011.

A 35 year banking veteran, Fruhling also headed Founders Bank in Phoenix and was regional head of private banking for BBVA Compass Bank.
