Empire National Bank chairman and chief executive officer Douglas Manditch said that Janet will focus on the continued implementation of Empire National Bank as well as the management of the bank’s overall operations.

Previously, Verneuille served at The Bridgehampton National Bank as executive vice president and chief financial officer, controller and director of Internal Audit.
Janet has more than 20 years of experience in banking, accounting and finance includes significant experience in financial and tax reporting, budgeting, capital management, strategic and tactical planning, investment portfolio management, investor relations, human resources, loan administration and asset-liability management.
Verneuille has also served at European American Bank as lending officer in its branch network.
