Under this agreement, RBC Dexia will provide trustee, custody, fund administration, financial reporting, distribution support and shareholder services for Tensor Fund, a new Ireland-domiciled UCITS fund.

RBC Dexia said that the prospect of increased regulation and demand for transparency is increasing the attractiveness of tax efficient, well-regulated, established offshore centers such as Dublin and Luxembourg. RBC Dexia has operating centers in both jurisdictions.
