Harland Financial Solutions, a provider of software and services to financial institutions, has announced that several credit unions have selected its UltraData Enterprise to address their enterprise-wide core processing needs.

Reportedly, the credit unions include: Arizona-based de novo Grand Adirondack Federal Credit Union (GAFCU); Illinois-based Illinois State Police Federal Credit Union (ISPFCU); and Ohio-based Massillon Area Credit Union.

According to the Harland Financial Solutions, UltraData Enterprise is an open, flexible core system built on a centralised relational database. It is designed to be a full-featured solution for retail-focused credit unions.

Megan Becker, vice president and COO at ISPFCU, said: “We’re very excited to expand our self-service capabilities with Cavion Internet and Mobile Banking solutions as we implement a sales and service culture with UltraData Enterprise CRM. These new capabilities, coupled with built-in business continuity and disaster recovery from the Enterprise Services Center sealed the deal.”

David McConney, executive vice president and general manager of the credit union core systems group for Harland Financial Solutions, said: “UltraData Enterprise provides these credit unions with the key tools they need to serve their members, including stability, strong security and disaster recovery back-up, and the capacity to expand with multiple self-service capabilities including internet and mobile banking applications. All of this adds up to greater operating efficiencies and cost management for our clients.”
