uMonitor, a provider of financial solution services for credit union members, has announced that Massachusetts-based Workers Credit Union and IC Federal Credit Union, focusing on workflow improvements, have integrated its MISER core platform and uOpen & uFund, an online solution allowing members to open and fund new accounts through internet.

Reportedly, after using the uOpen & uFund service with a fully automated switch kit for automatically accepting and approving membership applications and assigning account numbers, both Workers CU and IC FCU have reduced the cost of processing each application and the potential of human data entry errors with the automation of account creation in their host platforms provided by the MISER core system. It has added that with real-time integration, uMonitor continues to help in integrating third party platforms to the credit union market.

According to the uMonitor, uOpen & uFund provides real-time integration with MISER, a business unit of Fidelity National Information Systems (FIS), and many other core platforms for credit unions. Additionally, the upgraded reporting, branch management and SEG group management capabilities help the credit unions continue to improve productivity.

Dinesh Sheth, CEO of uMonitor, said: “We are delighted that our partners like Workers CU and IC FCU, continue to make investments in these challenging times to focus on operational excellence with ongoing improvements in workflow.”
