Based in Singapore, de Sanctis will report to Francesco de Ferrari, head of private banking Asia Pacific.

In his new role, de Sanctis will be accountable to oversee private banking business in Southeast Asia, working closely with the concerned market leaders in the region.

Apart from driving profitable business growth and advance market share, he will also concentrate on partnering opportunities across Credit Suisse’s integrated bank to capitalize on synergies and business opportunities in the region.

Most recently, he was working as managing director and market head of Iberia and Nordics at UBS Wealth Management Europe.

Before UBS, he served as head of Key Clients Unit Europe at private banking in Barclays focusing on UHNW clients and had also worked at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management EMEA region.
