He will be responsible for research and analysis that will support the Credit Suisse’s re-entry into CMBS origination as well as its secondary trading desk.
Lehman will report to Dale Westhoff, global head of securitized products research, and will join the Credit Suisse on August 1.
He will join Credit Suisse from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was most recently co-head of structured finance research. He had been with Merrill Lynch since 1991 in a variety of mortgage trading and research positions.
Westhoff said that Roger brings a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate finance and securitization to Credit Suisse.
