The bank, which three years ago had one banking center in Arizona, has also announced that the pace of growth in greater Phoenix would continue this year, with another four new offices expected to open. Comerica has 83 banking centers in California and nine in Arizona.
Meredith Russell, regional president of Comerica Bank in Arizona, said: We opened a total of 16 new banking centers in Arizona and California in all of 2007 – a record pace of growth for Comerica in the West – and we plan on increasing that pace next year.
The two Mesa locations in the past month dramatically improve access to our financial services by businesses and residents in the prosperous East Valley.
