Robinson will replace former CEO, Jack Wauchope who has resigned from the company.
She will also serve as a director of both Coast Bancorp and Coast National Bank.
Earlier Robinson was the president of Mission Community Bancorp from 2000 to November 2011 and CEO of Mission Community Bank from 1996-2011.
She was a president and CEO of Commerce Bank of San Luis Obispo during the period 1994-1996.
In addition, the company has named its director Gene Mintz as chairman of the board of both companies.
Established in 1997, Coast National Bank is an independent commercial bank with four local offices serving San Luis Obispo County.
