Utilizing CMC’s Complete Card Solution (CCS) program, Bank Hapoalim will be implementing a new platinum and business credit card program. CMC will also provide full servicing support including customer service, lost/stolen servicing, chargebacks, collections and client services.

CMC will provide full servicing support for Akron Firefighters Credit Union’s startup program utilizing their complete card solution program. In addition, CMC will provide customer service, lost/stolen servicing, chargebacks and client services.

For Ohio-based Miami University Community Federal Credit Union, CMC will provide the credit union risk management support including chargebacks, security/fraud, settlement, data entry, platform systems and client services.

CMC’s Complete Card Solutions (CCS) product streamlines implementation and processes that optimize card operations for issuers. CMC also allows an institution to maintain ownership of the portfolio, while handing over the burden of the servicing. Moreover, a financial institution is able to own its receivables, while enabling CMC to provide contact center services for each unique situation.
