The bank has also plans to open another branch in the Pacific Palisades in May, increasing its total number of branches to 78, located in Southern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, Nevada and New York City.

The bank said the new branches will full range of its financial capabilities, including preferred banking, business banking and wealth management services for individuals and their businesses.

The Brentwood branch will be headed by manager Ghalib Dhalla, who has over 15 years of banking experience.

Dhalla most recently served at Cal National Bank in Santa Monica and previously was with California Bank & Trust in Century City.

Dhalla will be joined by client services manager Marian Coleman and relationship manager Britt Halliday.

To be opened Pacific Palisades branch manager will be managed by Bob Martinez, a vice president and manager who has nearly 25 years of banking experience.

Martinez most recently served as the regional manager of Cal National Bank where he had responsibility for the Pacific Palisades office as well as offices in Torrance and Palos Verdes.

Martinez will be joined by client services manager Marie Pascual and client services officer Lois Globnik.

Both branch managers will oversee delivery of the bank’s full range of financial products and services, including small business services; small business administration, business and consumer loans; cash management; deposit; international banking; and foreign exchange.

In 2010, the bank added 11 offices, including eight in California.

City National Bank executive VP of Core Banking Division Kevin Dunigan said that these two new offices on the Westside will further strengthen the ability to meet the financial needs of local small and mid-sized companies, entrepreneurs, professionals and their families.
