SKMM (an Enterprise Resource Planning-based microcredit program) aims to provide Korea with a relevant, consolidated, easily transferable and sustainable microcredit model.

The SKMM focus areas include enhanced pre-loan examinations, education programs for loan-taker communities, network building and recruitment and training of regional officers to manage the program.

The SKMM business model is based on a research and analysis conducted by Joyful Union (from 2007-2009) which covered feasibility studies on the microbusiness initiatives most suited to the Korean market.
