Located in the western suburb of Sungkano, the new Darmo Park office is expected to make a major difference to Citibank customers, said Nancy Ing, business office manager for Citibank Surabaya. With new customer numbers trebling over the past three years, this new branch will really enhance customer convenience.
Citibank particularly hopes that the new branch will expand its business to the affluent segment of the local population through offering focused products from its CitiGold Wealth Management Banking portfolio, which provides personalized banking, investments and credit card services, and financial management solution for customers.
In addition to this, Citibank’s newest and most exclusive card rewards program, CitiGold Member Rewards, will also be introduced in the near future.
