Mr Morrison holds a number of non-executive directorships. He is non-executive chairman of Kang & Company and North Asia Investment Corporation, a non-executive director of Pacific Basin Shipping, the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange and Grosvenor Group Limited and is a member of the Asia-Pacific Advisory Board of Bloomberg.
From 2000 to April 2007 he was variously CEO and chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he worked in Asia for 28 years for the Jardine Matheson Group, where he was the group MDr from 1994 to 2000.
