Nanjing branch will offers various services including Renminbi and foreign currency products and services to multinational and local companies, Chinese residents and foreign nationals.
The branch houses 21 corporate bankers and 42 retail banking professionals and they will work closely with leading companies based in the city, including small and medium-sized enterprises, large local corporations as well as multinational companies doing business in Nanjing.
Corporate banking services offered at the branch include cash management, trade finance and services, loans and syndication, FX transactions, project finance and structured finance and other financial products.
Citi China CEO Andrew Au said that opening a branch in Nanjing, one of China’s key commercial centers, marks an important milestone for Citi.
