The credit card system of China Everbright Bank is based on VisionPLUS, operating on IBM’s mainframes.
ChinaSoft said it has been dealing with VisionPLUS on integration and consulting service since 2002, and built a full scale skilled service team with the capability of integration, consulting, customization, managed service and training.
The major banks in the US and Europe mainly use VisionPLUS as their core credit card systems.
Meanwhile, ChinaSoft also announced that it’s new generation self owned intellectual property credit card system TOPCard has successfully gone into operation for Shanghai Bank with zero error rates.
According to ChinaSoft, compared with the software systems coming from overseas that are commonly used by local Chinese banks, the function settings of TOPCard are more close to the local market.
