Chase, the US consumer and commercial banking business of JP Morgan Chase & Co, has beefed up its health savings account (HSA) website, to let customers pay medical expenses and contribute directly to their HSA with just the click of a mouse.

Chase HSA customers can now simply log on to the website and transfer funds directly from their checking or savings account to their HSA. They can also pay their medical expenses online from their HSA, avoiding the hassle of writing and mailing checks.

In addition to these new services, Chase customers can continue to use the HSA website to access statements and transaction history for their interest-bearing cash account and their HSA investment account, set up recurring and auto-sweep transfers to their HSA investment account, update beneficiary and contact information, access the HSA calculator and education video and apply for the integrated line of credit.

David Josephs, managing director of the consumer-directed healthcare business at JP Morgan Healthcare Solutions, who manages the Chase HSA, said: “These new enhancements allow Chase HSA accountholders to transfer funds and pay bills anytime or anywhere for free. We want to make it as convenient as possible for our customers to manage their accounts.”
