Previously vice presidents, they join the eight current managing directors of Charlesbank in managing the firm and its affiliated investment funds. In addition, Joshua Beer, formerly a senior associate, has been promoted to vice president.

Bartlett joined Charlesbank in 1999 from Bain & Company. He serves on the boards of Aurora Organic Dairy, Horn Industrial Services and Southcross Energy.

Klevens joined Charlesbank in 2005 from Bain Capital Partners. He serves on the boards of Tecomet, TLC Vision and WorldStrides.

Beer joined Charlesbank in 2003 from Bain & Company. After completing Charlesbank’s associate program in 2006, he left to pursue his MBA at the Wharton School. He rejoined the firm in 2008.
